Alfred Workspace Direct connects to Google Calendar and Drive for the household tasks the account owner requests.

Data access

• The connected Google account email address verifies the identity of the account.
• Calendar events and calendar listings are used for availability checks and requested scheduling. Changes are limited to the approved calendars and the owner's requested action.
• Drive files can be searched and read to support the owner's request. Writes are limited to files created by or explicitly selected for the app. Supported Docs, Sheets and Slides operations follow those file permissions.

This connector requests no Gmail permission.

Use and disclosure

The household server keeps Google credentials and source access restricted. Alfred may include selected facts in a reply to the intended household Discord audience. Any model processing is limited to facts necessary for the household task and is enabled only after the operator verifies the applicable data controls. Google credentials and complete Drive files stay outside model prompts.

The application does not sell Google data, use it for advertising or use it to train models. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and revocation

Action and delivery records are retained as needed to verify results and resolve uncertain submissions. The owner can revoke the connection in Google Account connections and request deletion of local data from the operator.
